Training Packages
SYNERGY Fitness Professionals

SYNERGY Fitness Professionals offers many types of sessions and packages to help you meet your goals.  Together, you and your Fit Pro will determine what type of program will have you seeing results now. 

25 Minute Session Packages
25 minute session packages are generally recommended for those who are either just looking to tweak their old routine or who are having trouble getting into the gym on their own.  Working with a Fit Pro for a few weeks can be just what you need to help you begin to make coming to the gym a habit. 

55 Minute Session Packages
55 minute session packages, which are most common, are highly recommended for those who have attempted to reach their goal before and either succeeded and couldn’t maintain, or just found the process all too overwhelming in the first place. 55 minute sessions are also a great place to start if you have little workout experience or have an intense long term fitness goal.  55 minute sessions can get you moving down the path to success today. 

Group Training Packages
Group Training is popular for a few reasons.  First, it gets you working out with a buddy.  You and your friend/family member will share either a 25 or 55 minute appointment with a Fit Pro.  Many people are successful with this type of program because it allows them to have not only an additional person holding them accountable, but someone who may be with them for the other 23 hours of the day.  Secondly, it allows the price per session to be divided among as many people as you desire to join your session.  Lastly, some find it to be more fun.  Start a friendly competition with a friend or family member to see who reaches their goal sooner. 

Corrective Flexibility Sessions
Flexibility is the most important part of a workout program, yet the most neglected.  In these sessions a Fit Pro will take you through hands on stretches to make your muscles lengthen safely and quickly.  When your muscles lengthen correctly and your joints roll, slide, glide, and spin the way they were designed to, human movement can almost seem effortless.  Flexibility sessions are great for everyone regardless of your goal.  Whether you’re looking for weight loss, increased speed, strength, agility, endurance, or balance; flexibility training can help you get there sooner. 

Sports Specific Programs
The Fit Pros at Synergy Fitness can design one to three month long sport programs for: football, basketball, golf, tennis, soccer, baseball, softball, and volleyball.  These programs are based 100% on the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s Optimum Performance Training Model (NASM OPT Model). Many professional athletes train with the NASM OPT Model: Shaquille O’neal, Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, Kevin Garrnet, Penny Hardaway, Barry Zito, Wayne Gretzky, Tony Gonzales, Eddie George, and the entire roster of the Anaheim Angels (MLB), Milwaukee Brewers (MLB), Charlotte Bobcats (NBA), Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA), Phoenix Suns (NBA), Sacramento Kings (NBA), and Tennessee Titans (NFL). 

Nutrition Consultation
