The scientific approach taken by the Performance Specialists of Synergy Fitness Systems when designing their Performance Enhancement programs mirror that of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Nike-SPARQ. All SFS Performance programs incorporate NASM’s Optimum Performance Training Model. The same training model used by pro athletes around the world.
